Brittany A. Garrison is a licensed attorney in North Carolina and owner of Garrison Law, PLLC. Ms. Garrison has devoted herself to the practice areas of criminal law and family law and over the past several years, has handled a multitude of cases with varying degrees of complexity in both practice areas. Her criminal practice includes representing clients in both district and superior court on various misdemeanor and felony matters. In the area of family law, Ms. Garrison handles matters dealing with abuse/neglect/dependency proceedings, child support, child custody, divorces and many other domestic issues.
Ms. Garrison earned her Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2011. While there, she was an active member in Phi Alpha Delta International, both on the trial team as well as in community outreach. Ms. Garrison also served as a mentor in NCCU’s mentor/mentee program for first year law students. Ms. Garrison also participated in Superior Court Mediation Training and took several other alternative dispute resolution training classes while at NCCU.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Garrison graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government, with a Pre-Law concentration, in 2008, from Campbell University. During her time there she was involved with Campbell University’s Mock Trial Team as well as various honor societies and organizations on campus.
Ms. Garrison currently resides in Charlotte, NC and is an active member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association.
